Bill is a highly respected third-generation general contractor and the CEO of Edric Ryan Construction. With a rich family history in the construction industry spanning over 70 years, Bill has dedicated his life to the pursuit of excellence in the field of general contracting and construction management, with a specific focus on developing medical and fitness facilities. Drawing on his 20+ years of experience in medical and fitness facility layout and design, Bill has solidified Edric Ryan Construction's position as a leader in this specialized niche.

Having grown up learning the ins and outs of the construction business from his family, Bill has developed a strong work ethic and a steadfast dedication to his craft. Furthermore, Bill is a dedicated lifelong learner and is currently an apprentice electrician. He is on track to obtain his journeyman's license in 2024, which will further expand his skillset and understanding of the various trades involved in construction.
